Would you settle?

How about a video that shows our new home, rather than photographs of each (messy) room? It's so much easier, PLUS, I dont have to go around and straighten each room before I take a picture because it would physically pain me to show the house in it's everyday condition.
So, a fun video from when we had Ellie here for a sleepover, showcasing my kitchen, dinette, and entryway (you don't really want to see the rest of it anyway, it's not all that interesting. Lots of pink and tons of toys.)

Here's a few recent photos:
Maegan's first day of pre-k yesterday! She had a lovely time.

Anna-Kate got a new haircut! Cute, right? I'm her personal hairstylist, and she's my best customer.

Our new home

I'd love to share some pictures of our new home, but my card reader is currently not recognizing my card (grrr.)
We are all settled in, enjoying the house and unpacked for the most part. Of course there are boxes all over the basement but that is the beauty of an unfinished basement, right? No one goes down there anyway, besides the kids going to their makeshift play room. It already feels like home here, and we love it!
This is our final week of summer- I'd like to say we're saying goodbye to a blissful, lazy summer full of well...bliss but what we're really saying goodbye to has been so much more than that- more like tantrums, yelling, crying, fighting, whining, we've been together for 3 months nonstop- summer. Summer IS fun, but summer is also LONG. Too long for 3 kids plus one mom to be together every momment of every day (and stay sane.) So beginning next week Maegan will be gone every afternoon and the following week Anna-Kate will be gone 2 mornings per week. Now, that sounds more blissful, right?!
Maegan has "Unpack your backpack" night at school tomorrow and we just finished beautifying her little red school bag with all sorts of puffy paint and iron-on patches. The supplies are bought, she's got some new clothes and she's all set for pre-k. Anna has orientation next week, and her piles (yes piles!) of paperwork are complete as well as her odd list of school supplies have been bought- yeah I had to buy duct tape for my 2 year old to take to school.
Molly has been practicing her her future in athletics- she has a love for playing catch and has quite the arm for it. She crawls super-fast now and lets go when she stands up at the couch.
I'll post some recent pictures as soon as my computer and card reader are done fighting and ready to talk to each other.
